Job Responsibilities:
∎ Asst. Manager, Sales must achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets given by the Company.
∎ Managing the Sales Team (Remotely) following by the Company's goal, objectives, values & culture with professional manner.
∎ Developing the sales strategies & planning instead of potential customers, competitors & overall market analysis.
∎ Organizing and recruiting the category-wise channel partners across the country as required of the company.
∎ Collecting the monthly sales targets among the channel partners.
∎ Motivating and rewarding the channel partners instructed by the Company.
∎ Collecting the advance payments & due bills from the channel partners.
∎ Ensuring the successful handover with required user training by the channel partners.
∎ Monitoring the conflicts with the channel partners.
∎ Maintain an excellent relationship with the channel partners.
∎ Transferring the required knowledge & skills of the products, service, sales, support & CRM skills among the channel partners.
∎ Developing the SOPs for the channel partners day to day sales activities.
∎ Conducting the sales meeting, training & virtual (online) web miner from time to time.
∎ Documenting, recording & organizing necessary data & information in the cloud medium storage (on google Sheets/spreadsheet/docs & other software instructed by the Company.
∎ Developing the required presentation with the PowerPoint/google slides.
∎ Administering the sales team as per the Company policies & compliances.
∎ Increasing the sales revenue & profit margins by growing the market share, upselling, cross-selling & replacing the competitors.
∎ Upholding the brand values of the Company & increasing the product's brand value.
∎ Collecting & recording the client's service rating & users' feedback & preparing the customer's satisfaction & complaint reports.
∎ Receiving, organizing, validating, the user/clients' requirements on a regular basis.
∎ Reporting to Company in a timely fashion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary:
