∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance, Finance and Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly financial statement on time
∎ Keeping record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis
∎ Processing and monitoring of payments and expenditure
∎ Preparation and monitoring of the payroll and income tax system
∎ Managing and controlling of organization finance
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliations statement
∎ Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation statement
∎ Management of organization's debtors and creditors accounts
∎ Maintenance of fixed assets register and safeguarding of fixed assets
∎ Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated on daily basis
∎ Dealing with Bank and other Financial Institution
∎ Daily transaction entry in accounting software.
∎ Generate various Report as per Managements Requirement
∎ Ensure no outstanding against receivables & payable s, duly posted in the software and taken approval from concern authority.
∎ Preparation of monthly Budget
∎ Passed entry in the software against export related documents, loan creation & adjustment, Back to Back L/C documents, customer ledger creation and party ledger creation
∎ Any other duties to meet the exigencies of the service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having good knowledge on Banking related issues
∎ Must be self motivated and enthusiastic
∎ Able to work in a stressful situation.
∎ ERP/Software knowledge is require
∎ Computer knowledge is must
