Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Preferable Graduate Architect/ Diploma Architect/Interior Designer from any Institute/ Professional 3D Max Course Completed
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Graphics Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the showroom
∎ Perform analysis of visual merchandising (VM) display in the outlet and improvise changes accordingly
∎ Ensuring the strategy is in line with the showroom's brand, products, and target market.
∎ Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the showroom's visual design requirements.
∎ Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
∎ Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
∎ Plan and supervise VM requirements in new and existing outlets (accessories, mannequin and VM enhancement fixtures)
∎ Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
∎ Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
∎ Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple showroom locations.
∎ Liaising with other retail professionals, including marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
∎ Monitoring costs and working within budget.
∎ Research VM and furniture trends local market and online survey
∎ Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Furniture Design, Graphics Designing, Visual Merchandising
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Texturing and rendering 3D models for residential, commercial or any architectural interiors and exteriors
∎ Collaboration with design teams
∎ Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadline also.
∎ Architecture Firm, Furniture, Interior Design Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Design/Printing/Publishing
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
