Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, Major in Accounting
∎ MBA in Accounting.
∎ Passing of Income Tax Practitioner Course/CA or CMA (Part qualified).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate must be able to handle all income Tax related work of the Group/Company independently time to time and has a thorough knowledge of all direct and indirect tax laws applicable in Bangladesh.
∎ Organizing and updating the company's tax database.
∎ Preparing necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
∎ Sharing financial data with the accounting department.
∎ Liaise with internal and external auditors, NBR etc.
∎ Corresponding with Tax authority and consultant for Corporate Tax assessment.
∎ Ensuring monthly proper TDS deduction from suppliers' bill, preparing TDS challans and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Creating awareness to company personnel/employees regarding the TAX laws, processes & procedures.
∎ Ensuring all statutory requirements of the organization regarding TAX.
∎ Looking after the personnel TAX deduction as well as company TAX deductions, return submission/filings.
∎ Preparing and compiling necessary documents for filing the company's Tax return, withholding Tax return and other necessary Tax returns.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Must be a good team member.
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork.
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Knowledge on ERP software.
∎ Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant or Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer.
