Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA/BSc/Diploma (EEE, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Having Engineering background candidates will get preference.)
∎ Having Training on Industrial machineries, Substation or Power Industrial will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Mailing communication, supplier and customer dealing.
∎ Education doesn't matter if you are professionally skilled, you have opportunity to work.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Selling Industrial Machineries for Footwear, Garments, and Feed making industries such as Cutting machine, Sewing machine, Lasting and finishing, injection molding machines at industrial sectors.
∎ Responsible for Selling machineries such as Mask making, Non-oven bag making, Paper Cup making, Plastic products making, Packaging machines and others lite machineries.
∎ Responsible for Selling Electrical heavy items like low and medium voltage Sub-station, Transformer, Switchgear Panel, PFI Plants, CT & PT, BBT etc. at Commercial, Industrial, Real estate and service order.
∎ Responsible for Selling Fire Safety Equipment at Commercial, Industrial, Real estate and service sectors.
∎ Responsible for team management, sales planning, sales generate, salsas follow-up and achieving target sales monthly. Maintaining customer relationship.
∎ Dealing with international supplier and commercial site.
∎ Responsible for prepare price list, price quotation, Proforma Invoice and technical sales support according to customer requirements.
∎ Budgetary cost estimation of projects, preparation of project execution strategy, customer dealing and individual customer order.
∎ Capable to provide solution of Sales and Project execution.
∎ Sales Forecasting & Preparing of Annual budget for machineries and equipment sales & marketing.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Government utility, etc. for getting new order and better business supports.
∎ Setting up project planning and detail planning and engineering, taking approval of drawing and data sheet, sample from customer, etc.
∎ Coordinate with the team member to update the position of specific tender and updated the top management. Also fixed the strategy and action plan required for all tender individually.

Additional Requirements:

∎ The applicants must have leadership capability, traveling habit, working in challenging environment.
∎ Having mid set for hard working to achieve sales target weekly, monthly and yearly.
∎ To set-up territorial and head wise sales target and activate proper planning to achieve.
∎ Making sales forecast. Any other task assigned by department head and management.
∎ Have good communication, negotiation skill, dealing with customers. Strong business sense and sales mindset.
∎ Must have a good skill on email corresponding to local and international.
∎ Good writing and verbal communication in Bangla and English language.
∎ Traveling if necessary, around the country and work in a professional manner.
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
∎ Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary + Sale based Commissions. (Attractive remuneration & benefits package will be offered to the right candidates.)
