Job Responsibilities:
∎ •••••Accounts Receivable Management•••••
∎ Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
∎ Generate and distribute customer invoices promptly, following established billing procedures.
∎ Track and reconcile customer payments, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
∎ Follow up on overdue payments, communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances, and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any billing or
∎ collection issues.
∎ •••••Credit Control•••••
∎ Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers through analysis of financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
∎ Establish and review credit limits for customers based on credit policies and guidelines.
∎ Develop and implement effective credit control procedures to minimize credit risk and maintain optimal cash flow.
∎ Monitor credit exposures and conduct periodic credit reviews to assess the ongoing creditworthiness of customers.
∎ Recommend credit limit adjustments or account collections based on credit analysis and payment history.

∎ Organize regular credit control meetings accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation.
