Responsibilities & Context: - Team Management: Supervise and lead the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. This may involve setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, and foster a customer-centric culture among staff.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of products is maintained to meet customer demand. Monitor inventory turnover, identify slow-moving items, and take necessary actions to optimize inventory management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest electronic products and technologies in the market. Train staff on product features, specifications, and benefits to enable them to effectively demonstrate and sell products to customers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and in-store promotions to attract customers and drive sales.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the showroom`s budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Maintenance and Presentation: Ensure the showroom premises are well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times. Oversee product displays and arrangements to create an attractive shopping environment that enhances the customer experience.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to product sales, safety standards, and customer privacy. Implement security measures to protect the showroom`s assets and prevent theft or loss.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations for staff, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Develop training programs and career development plans to support employee growth and retention.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate terms and conditions, and coordinate product deliveries. Ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain good rapport with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Adapt strategies and tactics accordingly to stay competitive and capitalize on opportunities in the market.
