Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 8 years

• Age At least 25 years

• Job design, standardized timing (SMV), and method development.

• Production balancing and process engineering.

• Responsible for analyzing workers’ performance.

• Monitor workflow after initialization and update methodologies from time to time.

• Should understand garment washing and quality procedures.

• Fine-tune processes and suggest work aids and attachments.

• Analyze operator performance.

• Prepare construction/style packages and follow up accordingly.

• Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying and solving bottlenecks, and engineering workstations.

• Participate in production planning.

• Must be able to practically implement IE concepts to improve productivity.

• Develop an IE team and train production (sewing/washing) teams in IE concepts; advise management on IE matters.

• Coordinate with the washing department to improve working procedures.

• Experience in working costing and production SMV.
