Additional Requirements: Must have minimum 5 to 7 years working experience in Hospital Operation Department.

Advanced level computer skills particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc.
Might require to complete tasks outside working hours to the extent necessary to carry out the duties.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: AMZ Hospital Ltd is envisions a network of quality, patient-centered one-stop Out Patient Department and In-Patient Departments including 24/7 Emergency as well as critical care units and other specialized centers. AMZ hospital comprises sophisticated Operation Theaters, Postoperative, NVD, ICU, CCU, Cath Lab, NICU, HDU, Dialysis, diagnostic Lab, procedures and model pharmacy, blood transfusion facilities with required infrastructure and modern equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: 1)Counseling on patient billing issues during admission, release from ICU, CCU, HDU, NICU and other departments. Counseling hospitalized patients/patient attendants to resolve any problems they may have. Sometimes even OT patients have to undergo counseling.
- 2) Customer service Asst. manager leads a team of representatives to ensure they deliver high-quality support to customers. To do this, a customer service manager requires various skills, including communication, leadership, problem solving, customer focus, time management, analytical skills, conflict resolution and empathy.
- 3) Monitor and ensure day to day functions related to the OPD & IPD patient’s need.
- 4) Maintain and establish good communication with consultants, patients and other staffs such as duty doctors, nurses, PCA and general staffs.
- 5) Monitor and supervise record keeping system, assist in maintaining all receipts & payments in appropriate log.
- Emergency Crisis Management: Intervene to resolve any emergency situation or issues in coordination with supervisor and other relevant staff members as and when arises.
- Handle patient complaints and feedback: During regular round at different floors both IPD and OPD patient’s feedback and complaints need to be received with positive manners and need to be resolved or addressed on time and amicably following AMZ hospital policy and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital: Ensure day to day operations of all units under hospital operations departments, coordination with all other departments such as general admin, procurements & supplies, maintenance, canteen & café, pharmacy, lab, finance & accounts billing sections.
- Floor Management: Ensure that all floors [OPD, Cabin, Wards, OT, post operatives, critical care units, and other hospital zone are regularly maintained following standard operating procedure, Oversight Sr. executives for medical supplies inventory and food management, coordination with maintenance dept. for smooth operations of medical equipment, oxygen and RO plants, ensure supplies and other support to OT/ Pharmacy/ Lab/ Procedures, Emergency department, IT department, Maintain good relation with other supervisors and staff members of the hospital.
- Program Arrangement: Organizing various events in the hospital, arranging decorations, inviting guests, inviting shareholders of the organization and arranging their meals. (Eg: CME & others program)
- Staff Training/Mentoring and Motivation: Arrange regularly staff trainings, orientation and on job counseling for the clinical staff members, monitor and record PCA performance and report back to supervisor, assist in developing rosters for PCA, nurse and Chamber Assistants, arrange weekly or monthly meeting with staffs, monitoring dress code, discipline and hygiene by the staffs.
- Perform any other assignments given by the hospital authority with full integrity and honesty.
