∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Management to prepare different financial reports.
∎ Maintain Debit Voucher & Credit Voucher.
∎ Carry out all bank related transactions with proper documentation.
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation statement on regular basis.
∎ Reconcile inter company loan as and when required.
∎ Monitoring A/c Receivable and Payable of different sources
∎ Prepare cash flow statement as per requirement of the Management.
∎ To prepare Daily Consolidated Report comprising Daily cash sales, credit sales, credit card sales, A/c Receivables & Fund status of all outlets and submit to the Management.
∎ Software knowledge specially Tally software.
∎ Prepare bill voucher.
∎ Financial report prepare(Income statement, Balance sheet, Receipts & Payment).
∎ Maintain Cash book and Bank book.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
∎ Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of payment transactions.
∎ follow-up Daily Voucher.
∎ Bank reconciles Ledger with a ledger of Accounts Dept.
∎ Checking of all purchase bills with Quantity, Model, Value.
∎ Physical verification of inventory at the warehouse.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ CA, C.C Course Completed from any reputed CA firm.
