Responsibilities & Context:
GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Asst. Designer/Designer - Design & Development" Department for Factory unit located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
Development of new designs from idea generation to final product.
Conceptualize, create and help to execute season wise collections/developments.
Working in illustrator, Photoshop or any other Graphic software to develop the sketches(CAD), embroideries, prints & accessories.
Understanding mood boards, color trend, material trend & different fabric qualities.
Ensure the timely & successful design & development of products.
Good understanding of fabric and ready-made garments dynamics.
