∎ The candidate must have H.S.C (Diploma in computer science will get preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Chilling Centre wise challan entry of daily milk purchase
∎ Prepare report on average CLR, FAT%, SNF%, FAT Kg & SNF Kg
∎ Formulate milk price statement according to the FAT % & CLR
∎ Generate report of daily milk received, consumed and closing stock
∎ Prepare chilling centre wise accounts credit note
∎ Ensure daily data entry in Tally and generate report from ERP Software
∎ Prepare monthly zone wise milk collection report (with CLR, FAT% & SNF% etc.)
∎ Ensure daily MIS report preparation on milk collection, sales Qty & Sales amount etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority

∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Age, education and experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates
∎ Must have sound knowledge on MS Office
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Must have strong analytical skills
∎ Must be able to work in a team, flexible and multi-tasking
∎ Have to work under pressure
