∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ North South University,University of Dhaka,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Proficiency in Excel, Very good in English writing and speaking

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record customer’s payments in appropriate accounts and remittances
∎ Input and process daily cash receipts from statements, cheques and credit cards
∎ Reconcile NetSuite and bank postings daily
∎ Liaison with internal and external customers to resolve payment/Invoice queries
∎ Resolve customer complaints, issues receipts and refunds
∎ Create regular reports to accurately track financial information
∎ Prepare bank reconciliations for all bank accounts
∎ Preliminary Investigation and resolution of unidentified and unapplied payments
∎ Allocation of such unallocated payments to appropriate accounts
∎ Issuing credit notes when necessary
∎ Help and support with reconciliation of portal customer accounts
∎ Other admin duties to support the credit control function
∎ Answer customer’s queries as needed
