Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly and statutory financial statements.
∎ Preparation of monthly product portfolio analysis.
∎ Preparation of monthly budget vs actual reports.
∎ Reconciliation between control accounts vs subsidiary accounts.
∎ Crete, implement and maintain comprehensive accounting policy documents to improve clarity and consistency.
∎ Coordinate with departments and functions, assist in budget presentation to head of departments, prepare and oversee the budget compilation process.
∎ Monitoring and tracking of budget vs actual expenses of all departments.
∎ Perform and support month-end and year-end closing.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
