Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation (Accounting/Finance)
∎ Professional certification partly (CMA, CIMA, CA) is a plus
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cost Analysis and Reporting:
∎ Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing actual costs to standard costs.
∎ Provide regular cost updates to management, highlighting variances and potential areas for improvement.
∎ Generate cost forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
∎ Inventory Management:
∎ Monitor and reconcile inventory levels to ensure accuracy in financial records
∎ Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
∎ Evaluate inventory turnover rates and recommend adjustments to optimize working capital.
∎ Standard Costing:
∎ Establish and maintain standard cost systems for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
∎ Periodically review and update standard costs to reflect changes in market conditions or production processes.
∎ Variance Analysis:
∎ Investigate and analyze production cost variances, including direct labor, direct material, and overhead variances.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the manufacturing operations.
∎ Work cross-functionally to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting:
∎ Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets, ensuring alignment with cost projections and business objectives.
∎ Provide input and insights for financial forecasts and projections.
∎ Compliance and Auditing:
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to cost accounting.
∎ Month end accounts closing activities.
∎ Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by the reporting senior or senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
∎ Knowledge on Income Tax Act 2023, VAT & SD Act 2012, Companies Act 1994 and other business laws
∎ Computer literacy and working knowledge on ERP software
∎ 3 years CA Article ship from reputed CA firm
∎ Reporting & presentation ability
∎ Good analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
∎ Quick learner and ability to work independently
∎ High interpersonal skills with an ability to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skills with cross functional departments
∎ Willingness to work in a team proactively and individually
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Expertise in Excel, and PPT
∎ Require working additional hours as and when needed
∎ Using computer and digital devices for long hours is required
∎ Have to visit to field/project offices as and when needed
∎ Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
