Job Context:
∎ We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated subject teachers to join our team. The teachers will teach Play - Grade We are looking for 1. Assistant Teacher (General)
∎ Job Location: Khulna (Nirala Residential Area)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare lesson plans and conduct effective and efficient classes.
∎ Actively participate in the development of the curriculum.
∎ Continuously evaluate students' progress through frequent assignments, quizzes, and exams.
∎ Be responsible for all academic responsibilities related to students' exams.
∎ Support the development of students' academic and mental growth in line with agreed school policies and practices.
∎ Monitor the behavior or Adaab of the students in the classroom.
∎ Ability to communicate and understand the attitude of the students
∎ Teach using up-to-date teaching methodology/strategy.
∎ Keep track of the students' records and provide counseling if needed.
∎ Make questions, examine answer scripts, prepare report cards, and keep parents up to date about students' progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent communication skills and passion for teaching.
∎ Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency in English language is mandatory as the candidate needs to conduct class in English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary as the candidate will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, worksheets, and other office documents related to him/her subject.
∎ Punctuality is a must, as the candidate needs to follow deadlines religiously and be present at all times during school hours.
∎ Islamic attire is mandatory, as it is an Islamic school and follows dress code policy.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be based on the experience of the particular candidate.
