Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum: Bachelor degree/ Expert at teaching profession in coaching Centre.
∎ Bachelor/Masters (or running students) from Dhaka University, Jahangirnagar University (For Bangla/ English will be preferred).
∎ BUET/CUET/RUET/KUET/SUST Graduate (or running students) will be preferable (for Math/ Chemistry/ Physics).

∎ Job location: Dhaka (Dhanmondi)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking online classes for students of class 6 to HSC and IELTS.
∎ Preparing syllabus, class lecture and routine.
∎ Create tests for students
∎ Assisting main teacher.
∎ Be able to prioritize work and complete all assignments on time.
∎ Setting appointment and visiting different places to contact main teacher.
∎ Capable of conducting online and offline classes.
∎ Have to write down necessary content that is to be provided to trainee as well as to be posted our Facebook page and website.
∎ Have to take the challenge of teaching in innovative ways to ensure the quality of education.
∎ Have to report directly to the corresponding authority of the respective course.
∎ Must have sound knowledge, understanding and grip towards academic materials for General Training, better if the candidate has his/her own materials for teaching.
∎ Able to speak clearly to students, other teachers, parents and administration officials.
∎ Attend staff meetings, training, performances, presentations, etc. as required.
∎ Perform other administrative works.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as determined.
∎ Note: The teacher will be evaluated in a 360-degree approach to explore his/her skills in a better way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Excellent Presentation, pronunciation skill.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Possess a strong passion for teaching young children. Only for those serious in imparting knowledge to children of our future
∎ IELTS Academic 7.5 or above (Preferable for English teacher).
∎ For English teachers, bachelor in English (Preferable).
∎ For Bengali teachers, bachelor in Bengali (Preferable).
∎ Willingness to learn and committed to work for the long term.
∎ Able to work on Friday and Saturday.
∎ Experience in teaching (Preferable).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be revised after 4 Month (Probation period).
