- Strong command over both Mathematics and Business Studies subjects
- Prior teaching experience in a Bangla medium school preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
- Commitment, punctuality, and a passion for teaching
Responsibilities & Context:
Working Hours: School Hours (Sunday to Thursday)
Reports To: Principal
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to students of Class 6 to Class 10 (SSC curriculum)
- Additionally teach Business Studies as per school requirement
- Prepare lesson plans, class notes, and study materials aligned with the NCTB syllabus
- Set and evaluate question papers, class tests, and term examinations
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student engagement
- Provide extra academic support to weak students
- Participate in co-curricular activities, parent meetings, and school events
- Coordinate with the Principal on academic planning and student performance
