The Role
Lead mathematics teaching for Classes VI–X. Own SSC math outcomes. Prepare students for board exams, mentor junior teachers, and shape the math curriculum across the school.
You will:
• Teach Mathematics (General & Higher Math) for Classes VI–X
• Design weekly lesson plans, model tests, and SSC preparation programmes
• Mentor 2–3 assistant math teachers
• Run regular parent-teacher feedback on student progress
• Identify and coach math-talented students for olympiads / competitions
Required
• Bachelor’s (Honours) in Mathematics from a recognized university (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2nd class throughout; max one 3rd class in academic life
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
• 6+ years of secondary-level math teaching experience
• Track record of strong SSC math results (A / A+ pipeline)
Preferred: Experience with Dhaka Board SSC, math olympiad coaching, or NCTB curriculum design
Compensation
