Al Ehsan Academy was established in 2025 as a unique educational institution that combines an English Version-based school with a Madrasa system, aiming to provide a well-rounded education rooted in both academic excellence and Islamic values.
The academy follows the NCTB English Version curriculum, ensuring students receive a modern education aligned with national standards while being grounded in moral and spiritual development.
Subjects currently taught include Bangla, English, math, science, ICT, social science, islamic studies / moral education, and drawing.
The institution is located at Kha-100/2C, Lake City Road (Apex/Mina Bazar Building), Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
- Utilize educational technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in the subject area.
- Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Provide additional support or remediation to students who require extra assistance.
