Job Context:

∎ Bangla | English | Mathematics | Science | Arabic | Islamic Studies | Al-Quran | Hifzul Quran
∎ To become an English / Arabic teacher, language proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, & listening is necessary.
∎ For the Arabic & Islamic Studies teacher, preference will be given to those candidates who have passed Kamil / Dawrah exams and possess Arabic typing skills.
∎ For the Mathematics and General Science teacher, preference will be given to those candidates who are from science background in SSC & HSC.
∎ Hifz teacher must be a Hafez & have received Huffaz Training.
∎ For every post, everyone must have Basic Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office & IT general knowledge & typing capabilities.
∎ For every post, candidate must be a Practicing Muslim / Muslima
∎ For every post, candidate must have basic Islamic Knowledge based on Quran and Authentic Hadith.
∎ The initial 6 months will be a provisional period. Subsequent permanency & salary increments will be performance-based.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teaching Skills - at Foundation Level.
∎ Plan and deliver coherent lessons.
∎ Demonstrate subject knowledge.
∎ Engage and motivate learners.

∎ Make use of assessment and feedback.
∎ Manage teaching and learning resources.
∎ Uphold professional responsibilities and values.
∎ Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality English language teaching that meets the needs of different student groups considering individual learning styles.
∎ Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help students' performance grow throughout the course, and actively promote learner autonomy.
∎ Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of Arabic & English language courses, materials and related services, in order to meet students' needs by actively working as a member of the teaching team.
∎ Complete teaching related administrative tasks to specified standards.
∎ Actively engage in professional development and performance management to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning.
∎ Contribute to the development of lasting, mutually beneficial relationships by enhancing students' understanding of the language.
∎ Support local marketing and promotional strategy, and assist the Teaching Centre team in delivering excellent customer service.
∎ Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area.
∎ Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
∎ Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
∎ Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth.
∎ Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
∎ Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
∎ Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
∎ Utilize educational technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in the subject area.
∎ Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
∎ Provide additional support or remediation to students who require extra assistance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong command in spoken and written English, Bangla & Arabic.
∎ Profound teaching experience in English and Arabic for the respective teacher.
∎ Having a minimum of two years of teaching experience as a Teacher.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Teaching/ Training.
∎ Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Kindergarten, Madrasa, and School.
