Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have Science and English background (Physics, Mathematics, and English).
∎ Master's Degree in Science or English from any reputed Public or Private University with CGPA not less than 3.00.
∎ Candidates with B.Ed. or M.Ed. or both / highly qualified will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Academic Administration, and Evaluation, Education Training, Monitoring
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the positive mindset to do any given job by the authority including the duty of Academic Coordinator. (If selected as an Academic Coordinator, post benefit will be added.)
∎ Offering academic support and advice to the students.
∎ Preparing lesson plans, digital content, and relevant teaching-learning materials.
∎ Encouraging students in the interactive classroom sessions.
∎ Attending faculty meetings and offering different possible solutions.
∎ Communicating with the Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, and Principal to discuss students’ progress and other course requirements.
∎ Analyzing results with necessary prescriptions for further betterment.
∎ Take at least 20 classes per week along with the Evening Prep class.
∎ Must be willing to take Extra-Support Classes if necessary.
∎ Preparing remedy plans and taking necessary action for the weak learners.
∎ Take responsibility to do assigned Committee activities properly. Additionally, must be willing to prepare students for the different co-curricular activities.
∎ Motivate students through positive feedback and verbal appreciation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Time management and organizational skills (ability to prioritize tasks).
∎ Ability to accept multi-dimensional tasks.
∎ Analytical skill.
∎ High organizational ability.
∎ Must be proficient in driving ICT tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Salary: Tk. 47000 (Monthly)
