Responsibilities & Context:
Must have the mindset to work in pharmacy
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and health-related items to customers in a professional manner.
Assist customers by providing accurate product information and recommendations based on their needs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings.
Manage daily sales activities, including cash handling, receipt issuing, and maintaining a balanced register.
Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability.
Achieve sales targets set by management and report daily sales performance.
Maintain proper documentation, inventories, narcotics & Controlled drugs.
Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.
Proper knowledge about all kind of medicine, drug and surgical item.
Proper knowledge about storage & order system.
Customer satisfaction should be the main focus.
Understanding customer needs, selling process properly.
Maintain good liaison with all the suppliers and pharmaceutical companies.
Maintain government regulations and government standards in the Pharma business.
Preparation of Regular sales and cash statement .
Any other responsibility as and when given by the management.
