• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and health-related items to customers in a professional manner.

• Assist customers by providing accurate product information and recommendations based on their needs.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings.

• Manage daily sales activities, including cash handling, receipt issuing, and maintaining a balanced register.

• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability.

• Achieve sales targets set by management and report daily sales performance.

• Maintain proper documentation, inventories, narcotics & Controlled drugs.

• Any others task assigned by the management from time to time.

• Proper knowledge about all kind of medicine, drug and surgical item.

• Proper knowledge about storage & order system.

• Customer satisfaction should be the main focus.

• Understanding customer needs, selling process properly.

• Maintain good liaison with all the suppliers and pharmaceutical companies.

• Maintain government regulations and government standards in the Pharma business.

• Preparation of Regular sales and cash statement .

• Any other responsibility as and when given by the management.
