  • Good analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.

  • Able to cope with constant changes.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Rupayan Land Development Ltd. is a sister concern of RUPAYAN GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Assistant Personal Officer (APO) to CEO under the Secretariat department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings and appointments.

  • Review and summarize departmental reports, circulars and correspondence for the CEO.

  • Communicate and ensure implementation of the CEO’s directives across departments.

  • Prepare official letters, meeting minutes and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Arrange logistics support for meetings, corporate events and CEO’s travel.

  • Monitor the progress of ongoing real estate projects (Land, Apartment, Commercial, Township) and prepare periodic reports.

  • Maintain coordination among Sales, Land Acquisition, Finance, Legal and HR/Admin departments and provide regular updates to the CEO.

  • Assist in strategic planning, decision implementation and KPI performance tracking.

  • Maintain confidential files, agreements, and official documentation in an organized manner.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and government offices as instructed by the CEO.

  • Ensure smooth internal and external communication flow within the organization.
