Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare money receipt (Dealers, Corporate Clients, Govt. Institute & Retail Customers)·
∎ Sales order processing & invoice raising in IMAS software.
∎ Deposit Cash & Cheque in bank accounts of different dealers or clients.
∎ Keep record of all deposit, cash & bank payment, issuing debit note in IMAS software.
∎ Maintain dealer cheque schedule, dishonor list, collection-deposit statement regular basis.
∎ To maintain bank reconciliation regular basis along with reconciliation of sales process.
∎ Keeping records of all Financial & Banking transactions both manual & in software.
