Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Update profile of all active credit customers at regular intervals.
∎ Obtain “Balance Confirmation” verbally.
∎ Expedite recovery drive from overdue accounts.
∎ Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; locating problems and providing information relating to credit balance/overdue balance.
∎ Resolve problems by clarifying issues; exploring answers and alternative solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
∎ Promote additional services i.e. Welcome Note, Invoice Notification, Early Alert, Payment Notification by recognizing opportunities; explaining new features.
∎ Maintain call center database and customer wise history by entering information.
∎ Update profile of all active credit customers at regular intervals.
