∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in CSE/ Information Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications and network equipment;
∎ Establish new work station with required LAN/WAN facilities;
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
∎ Troubleshoot system (PC, Laptop, MAC etc.) and network problems;
∎ Troubleshoot & Accessories Replacement of Printer, Projector, UPS etc;
∎ Diagnosing and solving hardware or software problems;
∎ Provide prompt technical assistance to the end users;
∎ Process Help Desk support requests;
∎ Computer lab Maintenance & Provide prompt support to Class Rooms, LABs;
∎ Keep track of IT Asset Inventory;
∎ Provide multimedia, sound system support to any event;
∎ Provide Zoom & Google meet support for online events;
∎ Provide google workspace support;
∎ Rapidly establish a good working relationship with end users and students;
∎ Have a strong mindset to provide technical support in any aspects.

∎ Interested to take challenges and learn new things;
∎ Ability to do multitask and work under pressure.
