Responsibilities & Context
Tekvision (BD) Limited is looking for an Assistant Officer for its Enterprise Applications Services (EAS) department. This role is about making SAP easier for the people who use it every day. As the first point of contact in our EAS team, you will help colleagues use the system with confidence, sort out the everyday issues that slow them down, and make sure their questions get answered. Working closely with different departments, you will learn how our business really runs and grow into someone colleagues trust to make their work easier.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in providing first-level support to SAP users using defined tools and interfaces.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to end users for common SAP tasks.
• Assist in testing after system changes, updates or patches.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level SAP support or functional/technical consultants.
• Maintain simple documentation (FAQs, user guides, issue logs).
• Collaborate with related team members.
• Take part in cross-functional activities, system assignments and other departmental initiatives as directed by the supervisor.
