Applicants must be completed CA-CC from a top big & reputable CA company in Bangladesh and partly qualified will get added advantage
3 years and above and at least 2 years working experience in the said position
Must have the practical experience in the position of Sr Office/Assistant Manager (A &F) in FMCG Industry and particularly candidates who have an experience in Flour Mill industry will get priority.
Should have adequate knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bangla.
Candidate Must Have Good Computer Skill, E-Mail Communication, MS-Word, Excel, MS-Excess, Power point, ERP Software (Oracle)
Maintain financial accounting and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports to compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Prepare in expense of budget and compare budget vs actual.
LC Costing & Product Costing.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and Annual Financial Statements.
Review transactions and relevant documents to ensure compliance to the financial guidelines and standards requirement.
Record invoices, local and import, by verifying bills and invoices along with related supporting documents.
Monthly/quarterly inventory and fixed assets physical verification/counting and reconciling with the AIS.
Follow-up, check & review the accounting transaction.
Analyze the costing of different accounts and keep record of all revenues and expenditures.
Communicate with bank for processing transaction.
Ensure proper monitoring of each and every transaction.
Provide account/ financial information to the department head.
Record financial transaction following the standard accounting practices.
Ensure record keeping of all transactions and ensure accurate provisioning.
Confirm Tax, Vat and other regulatory compliance of the organization for all kind of transactions.
Prepare Bank & Customer/Vendor reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
Prepare monthly reports on inventory, imported wheat & spare parts, stock in hand at sub-contract suppliers.
Use accounting software and update it so that the manager can use it according to their needs.
To prepare and review various bank reconciliations and the raised discrepancy from reconciliation will be closely monitored and settled.
To prepare all kind of reconciliations.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
