Responsibilities & Context:
- Have to have sound knowledge on hospital linen & cleaning services.
- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire hospital.
- Ensure that cabins & common areas are made as per company standards.
- Prepare annual housekeeping budget.
- Maintain par stock of patients supplies, cleaning supplies, hospital linen, uniform and cleaning items.
- Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for hospital linen & cleaning items.
- Responsible for while organizing pest control services activities of the entire hospital.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
- Plan, control, and supervise Horticultural activities.
- Attending and resolving patients/customer complaints.
- Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of cabin and a common area with the maintenance department.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
