• HSC/Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/House Keeping from a reputed institute.

• At least 5 years

• Have to have sound knowledge on hospital linen & cleaning services.
• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire hospital.
• Ensure that cabins & common areas are made as per company standards.
• Prepare annual housekeeping budget.
• Maintain par stock of patients supplies, cleaning supplies, hospital linen, uniform and cleaning items.
• Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for hospital linen & cleaning items.
• Responsible for while organizing pest control services activities of the entire hospital.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Plan, control, and supervise Horticultural activities.
• Attending and resolving patients/customer complaints.
• Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of cabin and a common area with the maintenance department.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
