Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for ready-mix concrete through effective team coordination and performance management.
∎ Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector for ready-mix concrete.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, developers, engineers, and project managers.
∎ Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions.
∎ Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and follow-up on leads and inquiries.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, queries and solutions.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
