Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Garment Dyeing professional to lead our Garments Dyeing (Wash) Sampling department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sampling process from lab dip to bulk production, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining the highest quality standards, and achieving excellent wash fastness and desired aesthetic effects as per buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the sample & first bulk batches with the operation team and give final comments based on customer requirements.

• Design the correct process and do risk analysis with the production team as well as with customers.

• Spend maximum time on the production floor, daily visit the customer and maintain excellent rapport and trust.

• Ensure on-time delivery with good quality as per customer requirement and communicate effectively with customers on any quality or production issues.

• Follow up on operation process and do necessary re-dyeing or re-wash operations. Communicate with customers about re-processing and obtain approval.

• Strictly follow up on overall production process, Quality process, Production and Quality SOP, and departmental SOP.

Requirement

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Garment Dyeing/Washing (Sampling & Bulk).

• B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Wet Processing or related discipline is mandatory.

• Proven track record in garment wash sampling, process design, risk analysis, and customer handling.

• Strong technical knowledge of dyeing and washing processes, wash fastness, colour matching, and re-processing.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with buyers/customers.

• Leadership skills to guide production and quality teams effectively.

• Ability to work on the production floor and spend significant time with customers.
