Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated and target-oriented individuals to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales. Experience in land or property sales will be an added advantage.
Workplace: Work at office and field (land project areas)

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Identify potential clients and promote the company’s projects and products through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct and oversee client meetings, negotiations and project site visits.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to management.
Prepare, review, and maintain customer databases, sales reports, and performance analyses.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold brand reputation in all client interactions.
