Responsibilities & Context:
- To ensure that products are produced in accordance with the GMP standard in all stages of production.
- Make an adequate plan for using the highest achievable capacities of man, machines, and materials for maintaining smooth production and for maximizing capacity utilization.
- Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule.
- Ensure that all standard yields are maintained by production lines, control the production process, and production facilities.
- To ensure safety precautions in the production area.
- Maintain good relationships with QA and QC personnel, PD personnel, engineering, planning, inventory control department.
- Ensures that there is discipline and a good working culture among the staff.
- Make sure the on-the-job training of production personnel.
