Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed educational institute
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual training plan under the supervision of Head of Training.
∎ Design, develop, organize and conduct training courses according to the recommendations and needs of divisions / SBUs / departments.
∎ Design and develop appropriate training materials for different training courses.
∎ Identify appropriate training tools, equipment, facilities and logistic supports for acquisition.
∎ Maintain liaison with Internal and External faculty.
∎ Implement the training need assessment (TNA) and training evaluation process.
∎ Assist Head of Training to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having (6-7) Years of experience in the relevant track are preferable
∎ Excellent communication skill, presentation & interpersonal skill
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package especially in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
Salary: Negotiable
