Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English), Project presentation, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, and Tender Processing.

∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with the company's product portfolio.
∎ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of tender requirements, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to create comprehensive and compliant tender responses.
∎ Ensure that proposals are tailored to meet client needs and showcase the company's capabilities effectively.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to secure tender contracts, achieve sales targets, and expand market share.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities.
∎ Work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other relevant departments to develop winning tender submissions.
∎ Ensure that all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, correspondence, and contracts.
∎ Ensuring Tender sales of IT products like- Interactive Flat Panel, Video Wall, Projector, Digital Signage, Kiosk, Computer, Printer, Scanner, Sound System, CCTV Camera, UPS, Office Automation products, and others as per Tender requirements.
∎ Have good knowledge of regular participation and operations of tender functions, tender documentation, and issuance of pay-order and bank guarantees with Govt., Non-Govt., and other organization's procurement process.
∎ Regular market and Govt. or Non-Govt. office visit to identify and discuss tender at the assigned area to promote business and prepare relevant documents as per requirement.
∎ Communicating Govt. or Non-Govt. offices and Online or Offline sources for information about running or upcoming tenders relevant to our business. Also ensuring maximum customer service through providing product, promotion, and pricing information and answering questions, product presentations and giving demonstrations, etc.
∎ Analyzing product sourcing, pricing, specification, and competitor analysis to keep up-to-date information for bidding.
∎ Preparing competitive analysis for assessment and complying with tender requirements for making informed decisions to participate in any tender.
∎ Able to attend and conduct any meeting or discussion with the procurer.
∎ Should be able to write letters and documents when required to the procurer knowing PPR rules.
∎ Make and set Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis action plans for achieving the sales target.
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles, and practices.
∎ Ensure a high standard of customer service to all existing accounts and maintain a company set standard of Corporate Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
∎ Collect accurate feedback on Client requirements and complaints.
∎ Subsequently develop and execute action plans to ensure client satisfaction and thus maximize revenue.
∎ Prepare reports for the Departmental as and when needed.
∎ Able to achieve tender sales targets on a monthly basis within the specified markets and responsible for collecting the payment on time.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ EGP Tendering Expert, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Tender bidding, tender documentation, and Tender Management.
∎ Good command over IT knowledge (Office Programs especially MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Previous experience in IT Hardware products sales & marketing will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge and surveying capacity in IT Hardware industries.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
