Nature of business/service: A chartered Accountancy partnership firm having 05 (Five) Partners established in 1994 and has a team of over 50 professional and support staffs and is one of the top reputed professional firms offering accounting, auditing, taxation, VAT, secretarial services, consulting and other specialist services in Bangladesh. All partners have wide range of experiences in all the matters now dealt in.

Job responsibilities:

Tax Related:

  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, AIT, etc.) in compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in preparing annual tax computations, tax provisions, and deferred tax calculations for financial statements.
  • Support in handling tax audits, assessments, and queries raised by tax authorities.
  • Monitor withholding tax deductions and ensure proper deposit within stipulated deadlines.
  • Provide guidance to other departments on tax implications of business transactions and contracts.
  • Liaise directly with tax authorities to resolve any compliance issues.

RJSC Related:

  • Manage and process all incorporation, registration, and dissolution documents with the RJSC.
  • Handle timely submission of annual returns, financial statements, and other mandatory filings.
  • Facilitate changes in company particulars (e.g., director details, share capital, registered office address).
  • Maintain and update statutory books, registers, and corporate records.
  • Liaise directly with RJSC officials and legal counsel to resolve any compliance issues.
