Educational Requirements:
∎ The individual must have Graduated from any reputed university in Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement in the factory production process.
∎ Implementation of the quality process within the factory in accordance with the quality SOP of the company and train and ensure all the team aware of the SOP.
∎ Once a week factory quality process evaluates and submits report to the head of quality.
∎ Arrange a quality management meeting once a week and maintain the records.
∎ According to the production plan prepare quality action plan and arrange PP, Pilot, First Bulk, meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments and analysis result.
∎ Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plans and analysis results.
∎ Monitoring daily basis rejected garments review and discusses with the quality manager and maintain the logbook about the rejected garments. In addition, arrange corrective action plan to reduce the rejected personage in the factory.
∎ Conduct quality audit daily basis and submit report to Head of Quality.
∎ Maintain the customers Technical/ Factory SOP and train the relevant team according to them.
∎ Conduct risk analysis meetings for all the styles and maintain the records.
∎ Maintain the quality history for all styles produced in the factory.
∎ Maintain the health and product safety requirement and educate factory staff and ensure the production process meet the health and product safety requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 05 to 08 Years working experience in Garment Sector in Quality Department (Specially Denim Bottom, woven).
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
∎ Especially the Experience of Buyer Target USA, Zara & Uniqlo.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge of computer handling.
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on a day to day basis.
