Responsibilities & Context:

Green Delta Insurance PLC, one of the leading non-life insurance company in Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Sales Team and contribute to the Company’s growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:       

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.

  • Generate leads and secure new clients through various channels, including personal networks and business community contacts.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Plan and execute marketing activities in alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Conduct market surveys and research to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and improve sales processes.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts regularly.

  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and professional development initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector (banks, non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), and insurance are highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong network and connections within banks and financial institutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
