Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead security processes and operations as per security guidelines
∎ Ensure the safety and security of men, material and infrastructure of Aarong CS, Outlets and other Aarong installations
∎ Lead for immediate solution of any kind of emergencies related to security in any Aarong installations
∎ Manage own and third-party security operations focusing service quality and cost-effectiveness
∎ Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor staff performance
∎ Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
∎ Lead and maintain regular fire safety and emergency training for the stakeholders
∎ Supervise and ensure the technical support and maintenance of the security devices and equipment to ensure the security system
∎ Involve and plan for security guard and security system for new projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional degree on technical, fire, safety and security is preferred
∎ 5-6 years of relevant work experience in security management
∎ Knowledge on CCTV Camera, access control, fire alarm system, sensormatic gate etc.
∎ Experience in security and safety management and fire drilling and its training knowledge
∎ Effective communication, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ Should have skills of strategic thinking, stress management, and team building
