Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass company revenue goals.
Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and successfully convert leads into closed deals.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Present property offerings professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals with transparency and integrity.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver timely, accurate reports to management.
Represent the company at property fairs, networking events, and client meetings.
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships through effective post-sales support.
