Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Madrasah graduate are preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven working Experience in Reservation & Ticketing Department.
∎ Must have knowledge about WORLD MAP.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking)
∎ Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
∎ An outgoing, confident and energetic personality
∎ Presenting, listening and negotiation skills
∎ A commitment to high levels of customer service
∎ Good business awareness and selling skills
∎ Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
∎ Discussing client's requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations, tours, accommodation and flights.
∎ Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients' preferences and budget.
∎ Providing up to date advice on travel regulations.
∎ Ensuring all bookings, reservations, Refund & Reissue are processed accurately.
∎ Completing all ticketing, secured payments and submitting money and paperwork to accounting department.
∎ Adeptly dealing with different airline/agents' sales representative.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent, Hajj & Umrah.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent.
∎ Only those candidates who has related experience in Reservation and ticketing and also in Travel agency are requested to apply.
