Education:
M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Chemistry
8-10 Years’ experience in Quality Assurance specially IPQA
Capable to work in a team and in shifting environment.
Well conversant in MS Office.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position.
Team coordination skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct and monitor in-process inspections at each stage of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Review and compile batch manufacturing records, including procedures for document retention, retrieval, and disposal.
Monitor IPQA processes to ensure adherence to defined quality parameters and regulatory requirements.
Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Quality Assurance activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement effective corrective actions during IPQA.
Possess strong knowledge of cGMP, WHO, ICH, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
Perform sampling and monitoring at intermediate and final production stages in compliance with approved SOPs.
Ensure timely initiation, implementation, verification, and closure of Change Control, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) from IPQA outcome.
Participate in internal audits, self-inspections, and other quality assurance functions as required.
