• Age At most 45 years

• M. Sc in Microbiology preferably from a Public University.

• Min. 5 years working experience in the mentioned department.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Supervise routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental monitoring samples.

• Prepare test procedures, protocols, SOPs

• Plan and schedule laboratory work, allocate tasks, and manage team performance.

• Oversee environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, aseptic areas, and controlled zones.

• Monitor and coordinate sterility testing, endotoxin testing, microbial limit tests, and bioburden testing.

• Maintain, calibrate, and qualify microbiology laboratory equipment (incubators, autoclaves, isolators, LAFs).

• Train and mentor laboratory staff on microbiological methods, aseptic techniques, and safety procedures.

• Investigate and document OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and nonconformities related to microbiology.

• Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and clients; ensure readiness at all times.

• Contribute to continual improvement projects, validation activities, and new method development.
