• 1-5 Years of experience in relevant field is preferred.

Experience

• Experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Medical Equipment is preferred (Freshers also can apply).

Ability to manage team members sales and marketing.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for reagents and medical equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities, visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with doctors, biomedical engineers and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat sales.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, competitor updates and forecasting to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation and after-sales service of reagents and medical equipment.
• Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs, market trends and product improvement opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation, quotations, tender participation and compliance with company policies.
• Marketing of Reagents and equipment.
