• Manage the insurance payment business portfolio to achieve growth targets
• Establish and maintain partnerships with insurance companies and middleware platforms
• Support onboarding for premium payment and policy purchase integrations
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Design and implement growth strategies and campaigns to increase customer adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Marketing, Campaign) for effective execution
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
