∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (major in Fabric) from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Heavy Knitting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up day to day production of knitting fabrics.
∎ Ensure the qualities of knitting fabrics.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of resources for optimum production of knitting fabrics.
∎ Follow-up operators efficiency regularly and prepare appropriate action plan to enhance their efficiency level.
∎ Maintain production and quality parameters strictly as per Standard operating procedures (Standard RPM, Oil Flow, Air Flow, Spandex Feeding, Stitch Length etc.) of knitting fabrics.
∎ Follow-up Yarn performance and communicate the message to the yarn procurement team.
∎ Analyze machine down time and take necessary action by preparing action plan proactively for reducing down time.
∎ Analyze any sort of technical problem & solve it within shortest possible time.
∎ Timely raise spare parts purchase requisition for smooth operation and production.
∎ Enhance skill and efficiency of operators, QI, Fitters and supervisors through conducting technical training program and imparting knowledge.
∎ Generate new ides to achieve organizational goal in terms of production and quality.
