• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
• Experience in the accessories industry is preferred.
• Must be in good health.

• Motivating and encouraging internal design teams.

• Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to Decipher.

• Overseeing the design process using technical Expertise.

• Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.

• Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during Production.

• Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time. 7. Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process.

• Keeping up-to-date with changing of practice relating to process.

• Overseeing manufacturing and production processes.

• Execute daily production schedules.

• Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines. 12. Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itself.

• Maintaining all the company`s procedures and policies.

• Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management.

• Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control. 16. Training and coaching Designers and Sorters.

• Maintaining Safety, Health, environment and quality requirements.
