∎ Bachelor/ Masters from Business background from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Power Generation, substation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer reception and handling.
∎ Develop and maintain good relation with customer
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company for future prospect generation.
∎ Maintain call reports and daily work schedules.
∎ Assist other team members/executives in daily execution of works.
∎ Provide regular updated report as per requirement of the Team Manager on the above activities
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having Experience in Customer Relation Department in any renowned Power Generation & Substation company will get preference.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
∎ Should have good command on English & Bangla.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.
∎ Should have good interpersonal & communication skills.
